More than ever in these times of recession, companies all choose only the best people to work for them and they therefore put their workers under greater and greater strain to perform.
The employees are set targets to meet. If the employees meet their first objective, they are given a higher objective the next time. If targets are not met, then if these are bonus related targets, they may mean that no bonus is achieved.
